CN Cycle for CHEO takes over the roads for another year

The CN Cycle for CHEO, the annual fundraiser for childhood and adolescent oncology care at the hospital, gears up again on Sunday, May 5.
The cycling event starts and ends at the Canadian War Museum at Lebreton Flats and involves lane reductions and closures from 6 am to 1 pm on various roadways along the route, including:
- Kichi Zībī Mīkan (KZM) Parkway
- Booth Street
- Wellington Street
- Portage Bridge
- Laurier Avenue
- Queen Elizabeth Drive
- Prince of Wales Drive
- Heron Road
- Vincent Massey Park
- Riverside Drive
- Hogs Back Road
- Colonel By Drive
- Sussex Drive
- Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway
- OC Transpo routes 55, 57, 61, 62, 63, 74, 75 and 87 will be detoured between 6 am and 1 pm to accommodate the event.
- OC Transpo routes 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 85 will be detoured between 7:30 am and 1 pm to accommodate the event.
- Para Transpo travel times may be affected by planned road closures.
