Raging Bull: Rob Ford rants in new video

The Toronto Star released this new video of Rob Ford today. The video shows the Mayor of Toronto staggering around an unknown dining room ranting gibberish and acting wildly.

He was apparently talking about what he might do to Mike Tyson if he had a chance to fight him.
