This is the third episode in a special three part investigative series on the City of Ottawa’s annual trapping & killing of beavers. If you haven’t yet listened to the first and second part of this series, go back and listen to those two episodes and then come back and catch up with us after.

In this final instalment of the Fulcrum Radio Show’s special investigative series into the trapping and killing of beavers throughout the City of Ottawa, we go back out to Stittsville, along the TransCanada Trail to speak to the Stittsville Landkeepers: Ann Swanwick, Leslie McKay and Catherine Clysdale.

We also talk to the Stittsville City Councillor Glen Gower and Nick Stow, a City Planner for the City of Ottawa. Ken McRae, an environmental activisit who knows the land better than most, joins us later. And finally, we speak with Mike Callahan of the Beaver Institute in Massachusetts. Mike knows beavers...

Special thank-you to Daniel Buckles.
