LIVEMEDAID. Hope. Resilience and Human Spirit.

Join the international science community on May 9, 2020 from 7-11 pm for a live informative fundraiser for Doctors without Borders / MSF, as we shine a spotlight on the unprecedented pandemic and global crisis caused by COVID-19. We will talk to leading scientists and researchers about their unprecedented collaboration in the hunt for a cure. This show is about science and information. What do we know about COVID-19?

We will hear from those who have recovered—what did they experience?  How did they feel? We will talk to doctors who are on the front line everyday and find out what they are seeing and what have they learned. We will take a closer look at isolation with those who have experienced it firsthand. Some countries have begun to re-open. What can they tell us about what the new normal may look like?

There has been a tremendous impact on the global environment.  Is the Earth beginning to restore itself? And, we will find hope and share the human spirit with stories of caring and selflessness.

And we will celebrate the healing and uniting power of music from around the world.

Who are we?

We are the collaborative effort between some of the world’s largest online publishers, the science community and the dedicated individuals and volunteers from the Underknown and What If teams

We understand that we are in a unique industry [digital video] that allows us to continue to keep running our company, making content and generating revenue at the same time from digital platforms. We knew we were one of the lucky ones.  We saw this as an opportunity to help deliver credible, science-based information to a global audience who is searching for answers. We saw the unprecedented collaboration in the scientific community and wanted to tell that story, to give people hope that good things are happening. This is what we at Underknown do best, we are storytellers and we tell complex stories in an engaging way to a mass audience —  we are well positioned to not only help raise much needed money to support Doctors Without Boarders / MSF and frontline healthcare workers, but also to deliver some hope to the millions of people who are feeling uncertain about what lies ahead.”
